TLAXCALA MANIFESTO TO THE PEOPLE OF

As we all know, for decades, the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala has been used to satisfy the narrow end of a mafia that controls, however, everything has a limit. The vast corruption, favoritism nonsense, lack of innovation, handling seditious, the falsify information, deception, cartage and other emetic practices will soon come to an end through which we have decided to form the Student Movement AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY Tlaxcala, who from this publication we will eliminate once and for all, the regime of corruption and privileges retained prostrate at the UAT.
Héctor Ortiz Ortiz since he came to power has done nothing but enrich themselves at the expense of noble people of Tlaxcala, but he has not only become a millionaire, but also his family, from nephews, cousins, brothers, to his brothers, none has been free of favoritism and looting, the second most corrupt and pernicious is Serafin Ortiz Ortiz, who from the UAT manipulates and corrupts the new generations, forcing them to kneel to enter or remain in that institution, determining your score, strangling the economy weak and trampling tlaxcaltecas families as established by Article 3: Constitution (which, although it Autonomy grants requires the UAT to respect the foundations of public education in Mexico, which should be free, democratic, patriotic and secular). As we recall, the ATU has been turned into a juicy business for Ortiz, who wasted no time provisions to trade with the needs of the people, who time and again mocked the intelligence of society, who shamelessly some have chosen brazen in their infinite greed Damn those who by their words and defend the people by their actions they betray!
This is not written to "smack" the evil ruler, this is a statement trigger for change and hope to live in a better Tlaxcala, thinking about what is best for our children, this paper is to spearhead the we will have to change the mindset of Tlaxcala who deserve a better future, because this paper seeks the truth, it is time to open your eyes, open your mind and spirit so that never again these tyrants. It is impossible to continue with a youth who does not think, do not criticize, do not propose, not feel. The Ortiz Ortiz are responsible for most young students are corrupted in body and soul by a minority group. But as I said, everything has a limit, and it's time to prosecute Ortiz: Ortiz NOT! VIVA LA LIBERTAD!
Tlaxcala, are you going to let the corruption continue Ortiz? Are you going to keep paying thousands of dollars for the education of your children even if it hurt your economy and contradicts the Constitution? Will you remain silent? Are you going to keep voting for them? Surely you've been a victim or witness of the enormous abuse of this evil government. What we live in Tlaxcala is the smaller-scale replica of the irrational way in how they are robbing the public education in the country, in this case, it has increased the budget for the UAT, but where is it? Why not build more buildings and thus avoid having thousands of rejected each year? The answer is simple: All the extra money goes down the drain of corruption. ENOUGH. Another consequence of the companies control the country is that 25 years have produced ever more technical and less academic, of course it is good to have technical hands, but the real interest is mass produce workers for bad pay and so these companies continue to prey about Mexico.
Who can argue with the truth exposed here? Perhaps the Ortiz Ortiz dare to cast their proxies to deny it? Unfortunately there are young people who have been poisoned by corruption, those crumbs are provided by the game Ortiz, we've seen in elections as a real "electoral raccoons, or as wretched informers detected in the true story looking out, but the problem is not with them, they too are victims of the mafia. The problem is with Ortiz and their pimps, so for any reason we will confront with other students.
