The May 18 this year, on behalf of the Student Movement of the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala (MOVESTUAT), went to Rector Leading Academic State's request to provide the necessary facilities to carry out a debate, in contrast to the proposals of the candidates for governor of Tlaxcala. That debate may be headed directly for the candidates or their representatives juveniles. It is noteworthy that in 2006, was held in the university library a debate between representatives of presidential candidates to present their proposals in relation to the educational and youth, among others. The Institute for Youth Tlaxcalteca has also convened youth debates, so I see no impediment to this time as relevant to our concern has been negative. Whenever

that democracy is built through the efforts of all members of society, and considering that the concept of "university" is derived from the relentless pursuit and defense of the universality of ideas, I ask you your participation in the Youth Debate and mentioned, the proposed date is Monday 31 May. I note that we do not have the certainty that Serafin Ortiz Ortiz and his group have access to our request, however, this could not be a determining factor for the realization of the debate. That is, with or without the permission of the Rector the debate will take place, even in an alternate venue. What matters is the will of those who aspire to lead the executive branch of Tlaxcala during next six years in an effort to expand its university community assume responsibility criterion for the best decision.

The upcoming elections are crucial in the evolution of Tlaxcala. Academics, teachers and the community at large will decide what is best, above, will do based on the analysis, making it necessary to hear and consider the proposals of the candidates or their representatives.
Knowing that you will be consistent with these principles and go to our fair and democratic petition, request to confirm your presence or that of your youth to your representative 0442461223340 and 0455527120010 to by Wednesday, May 26, because as you understand, advance voting times unflinchingly.
